"I was a gold level member with Prog..... insurance company that I was pleased with until I filed a claim that I was at fault with regarding 2 of my vehicles. Both vehicles had damages and I wish I would have paid out of pocket if I knew that the insurance company would have filed it as 2 separate claims. I paid the deductible for both cars and it caused a major increase. The insurance company wasn't willing to correct the claims with a letter of experience so I started looking for another company. I was turned down by Allstate, GEICO, USAA, Root, you name it. I finally gave up and paid the high premium with Prog..... The next day I received a call from an unknown number and it was Rolando with State Farm. I informed him of my situation and all the other companies that denied me and he asked for an opportunity to assist me. Not only was he able to assist me, my bill was much less than the increase from Prog..... Rolando was patient, informative and knowledgeable. He educated me more on how insurance claims work and how State Farm will advise you whether it's worth to pay out of pocket vs filing a claim based upon the amount of the damages. Rolando didn't rush the activation process and he even stayed on the line while I cancelled my policy with Prog..... My overall experience was a stress relief from the pressure of a high premium. Rolando was a life saver when he called and I was glad that I answered the unknown number. He even called the next day to make sure everything was okay and asked if I was pleased with the service I received. I recommend if you are looking for an honest, patient and knowledgeable agent, contact Rolando because I look forward to being a new member of State Farm."

"My certificate for the 6 hours drive save wasn’t applied to my account, so they took my discount off. After, I called them to tell I did the 6 hour course they told me they would refund my money but, they found another way to keep it. SO BE CAREFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
