"I am quite impressed and grateful for the interaction I had with Thomas of the Steve Paige State Farm Agency. After having experiences with the reps from my previous auto insurance company that could be described as apathetic, at best, I reached out to State Farm for a new quote. I was concerned that I wasn't going to be able to get a decent rate due to losing my multi-plan discount, amongst other factors. I was connected with Thomas and was immediately put at ease by his personable and professional demeanor. He went above and beyond to assist me with getting a plan that made sense, was knowledgeable, and communicated the details of each part of the plan throughout the process. "It was a pleasure working with Nicole, she was very nice and professional. She was able to get me my ideal rate I was looking for as I was originally just looking to have ideal numbers for when my car came which wasn’t expected until February of 2025. She took down my info and advised she would follow back up around that time to try to get me the same rate but my car ended up coming sooner then expected. I reached out to her yesterday and she was able to get a lower rate then the original one quoted , she made this process very smooth and easy. I highly recommend her! Thanks again Nicole!"

"I had the pleasure of working with Ryan Mathis for getting an insurance quote and ultimately getting a policy with state farm for auto insurance.
